For existing, previous and future individual clients, as well as other Individuals to whom personal data is collected (hereinafter referred to as “You”)
With this notice, we would like to present to you our commitment to protecting your personal data and respecting your privacy in full compliance with Law No. 06/l-082 on the Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Kosovo.
ClickFinance Sh.A. hereinafter referred to as (“ClickFinance”) through this Notice provides you with detailed data/information regarding the processing and protection of your personal data. The purpose of this Personal Data Privacy Notice is to inform you about what personal data ClickFinance collects about you, the reasons why we use/collect that personal data, with whom we share that personal data, how long we keep that data, what your rights are and how you can exercise these rights regarding your personal data.
To exercise your rights and obtain information regarding your personadata, you can obtain this information at any time and whenever it is necessary for you, when you apply for a loan, other application or use a certain product or service:
1.Your Personal Data that ClickFinance collects and Uses?
1.1 In the context of our activities and to achieve a high standard of products and services, ClickFinance may collect and use various types of your personal data to the extent necessary, including:
Identification information such as: name and surname, personal identification number, place and date of birth, gender, photo;
Contact information such as: postal address and email address, telephone number;
Family status such as: marital status, number of children;
Education and employment information such as: profession/school completed, employment, employer name;
Banking, financial data such as: bank account details, account statement and credit history
Customer relationships;
Information related to your digital activities, including electronic signature.
Data related to your habits and preferences:;
Data related to your use of our products and services;
Data from your interactions with ClickFinance: in our branches, our websites, our applications, our social media pages, meetings, calls, chats, emails, interviews, phone conversations;
Data related to your leisure activities and interests.
Through our community on Viber/WhatsApp or other social networks where you consent to the collection, use and sharing of your personal information as described in this privacy policy, article 1.
1.2 Your personal data that is collected and used by ClickFinance, may be obtained directly from you or obtained from the following sources to verify or enrich our databases:
Publications/databases made available by official authorities (e.g. official gazette, Credit Registry of Kosovo, Tax Administration of Kosovo
Clients or service providers;
Websites/social media pages containing information made public by you (e.g. your website or social media); and
Databases made public by third parties;
ClickFinance may store customer photos during the registration process in our mobile application for identity verification and account setup.
2. Specific Cases of Personal Data Collection, Including Indirect
In certain circumstances, ClickFinance may collect and use the personal data of individuals with whom we have, may have or have had direct relationships, or potential customers.
For some reasons, ClickFinance may also collect information about you, while you do not have a direct relationship with ClickFinance. This may happen, in the case where your employer provides us with information about you or your contact details are provided by one of our customers if you are, in the case of:
Family member;
Legal representative (with authorization);
Company shareholder;
Representative of a legal entity (which may be a customer or vendor);
Employee of service providers and business partners;
Personal contacts.
- Reason and Legal Basis for the Collection and Processing of your Personal Data?
3.1 ClickFinance collects and uses your personal data in accordance with and to fulfill various legal and regulatory obligations, but not limited to:
3.1.1 Compliance with the laws and Regulations of the CBK applicable to Non-Banking and Financial Institutions in accordance with which ClickFinance:
Implements security measures in order to prevent abuse and fraud or other prohibited activities;
Detects transactions that deviate from normal patterns;
Records, when necessary, phone calls, conversations, e-mails during communication with you, etc.;
Prevents Money Laundering and the financing of terrorism;
Responds to an official request from a public authority, court or other competent body;
Defines the credit risk assessment and your debt repayment capacity;
Performs your identification for security purposes;
Applies applicable laws and bylaws;
3.1.2. To perform a contract with you or to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, this personal data is used in order to:
Provide you with information about our products and services;
To assist you and respond to your requests/complaints and to establish communication with you;
To assess whether we can offer you a product or service and on what terms; and
To provide products or services to our customers (in the context of cash management);
to manage and carry out any payments (including credit repayment) in relation to the services and products requested by you.
3.1.3 Fulfilling our legitimate interest ClickFinance uses your personal data to distribute and develop our products or services, to improve risk management and to protect our legal rights, including:
Evidence of transactions;
Fraud prevention;
Training our staff;
IT management, including infrastructure management (e.g. shared platforms),
business continuity and IT security;
Creating statistics, tests and models collected for research and development, with the aim of improving risk management or improvingexisting products and services or creating new ones;
3.1.4 Personalizing our offer by:
Improving the quality of our financial products or services;
Advertising products or services that match your situation and profile, by:
Segmenting our customers and potential customers; and
Administering a contest, promotional lottery, giveaway, competition or other similar marketing campaign and event management;
Communicating about our products, services, offers, news; Customer service, including answering your questions;
Improving and personalizing your experience on our websites and applications;
Credit account maintenance including the administration of any loyalty or customer reward programs;
Processing and awarding prizes won through your participation in our promotional games;
Your data may be aggregated into anonymous statistics that may be provided to professional clients to help them develop their business. In this case, your personal data will never be disclosed and those who receive these anonymous statistics will not be able to determine your identity.
3.1.5 Respecting your choice if we have requested your consent for a specific processing of your personal data, in certain cases, such as: When the above purposes lead to automated decision-making, which produces legal effects or significantly affects you.
At that time, ClickFinance will separately inform you of the logic involved as well as the significance and foreseeable consequences of such processing;
If ClickFinance needs to carry out further processing for purposes other than those above, ClickFinance will inform you and, where necessary, obtain your consent;
For interaction on social networks for the purposes of organizing competitions.
4. With whom does ClickFinance share your Personal Data?
4.1 In order to fulfill the aforementioned purposes, ClickFinance discloses your personal data to:
Service providers who perform services on our behalf;
Financial or judicial authorities, state agencies or public bodies, upon request and to the extent permitted by law;
Some regulated professionals such as lawyers, notaries, external auditors, bailiffs, our debt collection companies.
5. How can you be informed about changes to this Personal Data Privacy Notice?
Based on ongoing legal and business changes, ClickFinance may need to regularly update this Data Protection Notice. ClickFinance invites you to review the latest version of this notice “online” and ClickFinance will inform you of any material changes via our website or other usual communication channels.
6. How Long Does ClickFinance Retain Your Personal Data?
ClickFinance will retain your personal data for a longer period than is required in order to comply with applicable laws and regulations or any other period related to our operational requirements, facilitate customer relationship management and respond to legal or regulatory requests.
7. What are your Legal Rights and How Can You Exercise Those Rights?
7.1 Based on applicable laws and regulations, you have the right to be informed and to:
Have access to your personal data: to receive information regarding the processing of your personal data and a copy of such processed personal data;
To correct your personal data: when you believe that your personal data is inaccurate or incomplete, you may request that such personal data be amended by informing us of the correct data;
To erase your personal data: to request the erasure of your personal data, to the extent permitted by applicable law and regulations.
To restrict the processing of your personal data: by requesting the restriction of the processing of your personal data.
To object to the processing of your personal data: by objecting to the processing of your personal data, on grounds relating to your particular situation. You have the absolute right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, which includes profiling in connection with such direct marketing.
To withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data: at any time after giving this consent to the collection and processing of your personal data,
To port your personal data: where legally applicable, you have the right to have your personal data that you have provided to us returned to you or, where technically feasible, transferred to a third party.

An electronic signature is a set of data in encrypted electronic form, which is attached to or logically linked to other data in electronic form and which is used by the client and service user to sign the loan agreement or any other legal document related to the loan application via email or SMS. The electronic signature is in accordance with Law No. 08/L – 022 of the Republic of Kosovo and EU Regulation No. 910/2014 on Electronic Identification and Trust Services for Electronic Transactions.
Also:
I agree to the use of electronic signatures for the execution of all documents and legal agreements related to this loan through the mobile phone screen.
I acknowledge and agree that the use of electronic signatures is legally binding and has the same legal force and effect as other forms of signature as provided for by the provisions of Law No. 08/L-022 on Electronic Identification and Trust Services for Electronic Transactions.
I agree not to raise any objection to the validity or enforceability of such electronic signatures in any court or before a private bailiff, or similar authority.

I authorize ClickFinance Sh.A. to access the Kosovo Credit Registry for the processing of my loan application.

By means of this consent electronically on the basis of free will, I authorize the officials of ClickFinance Sh.A., at any time during the entire duration of the credit exposure, including restructuring, to have the right to request information from the Kosovo Credit Registry, about my credit history and the business/s for which I am the sole owner, partner, co-owner or legal and/or authorized representative, for the purpose of assessing the reliability and credit risk in connection with the application for financing, credit products where I or my business in the capacity of borrower/co-borrower/guarantor, and that I will not deny this consent on any legal or factual basis. By means of this consent, I authorize ClickFinance Sh.A. to collect and submit credit information to the Kosovo Credit Registry.

These General Terms and Conditions of use of the ClickFinance application are available in Albanian and English. The General Terms and Conditions apply to all persons who create an account/profile on the ClickFinance web and mobile application through which users of the application access the services and products offered by ClickFinance Sh.A.
The General Terms and Conditions are effective from May 01, 2024.
ClickFinance Sh.A (hereinafter referred to as “ClickFinance”, “We”), Jobankar Financial Institution, with number 812041010, and address Nekibe Kelmendi Street, Obj.2, Lamela A, Lokali, 3/1, Prishtina, through the mobile application (referred to in the text as “ClickFinance App”) we offer the service of providing loans (referred to in the text as “ClickFinance Services”).
Information for Users
The User agrees to use the ClickFinance App and its materials appropriately, in accordance with the legislation in force. ClickFinance makes efforts to provide accurate, transparent and updated information in the ClickFinance App, this does not exclude the possibility that omissions may occur for objective reasons. ClickFinance shall not be liable for any consequences, including potential damages, arising out of or in any way related to your access to or use of this app.
The information contained in the ClickFinance App is provided for informational purposes only. You as a user of the ClickFinance App are personally responsible for the interpretation and perception of the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of the information contained in the ClickFinance app.
The User must refrain from:
• Unauthorized use of the ClickFinance App;
• Use of the ClickFinance App and/or its Content for illegal purposes or, in violation of the established terms;
• Printing, copying, transmission that violates the provisions of copyright law, trademark protection law, personal data protection law and other laws;
• Failure to respect the intellectual property rights of materials produced by ClickFinance;
• Viewing or copying the ClickFinance App does not grant you any rights to any material or software.
Article 1. Jurisdiction of the General Terms and Conditions
The General Terms and Conditions of Use of the ClickFinance Application have been prepared in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kosovo and the legislation of the European Union (on the protection of personal data) and apply to the entire business relationship that you will enter into, including but not limited to the use of ClickFinance (all its content, functions, services and rules).
The General Terms and Conditions of Use of the ClickFinance Application, together with our data protection and privacy policy, complaints policy, and our official price list, constitute a legal agreement between ‘‘You’’ and ‘‘We’’.
By registering on the ClickFinance App, you accept the terms of this agreement and declare that you agree to them. If We deactivate your account for violating our terms and conditions, you will not be able to create another account without our permission.
You may not transfer any of your rights under this agreement, including any rights to any other person. You may not provide any fee or other security over any financial instrument We hold for You.
Article 2. Definitions
Advanced Electronic Signature: verifies the authenticity and integrity of electronic documents and transactions. This type of signature uses advanced and sophisticated technologies to ensure the identity of the person signing and to guarantee the security of data associated with the signatory. Advanced Electronic Signature is uniquely linked only to the signatory, clearly identifies the signatory, uses data for the creation of the qualified electronic signature that is only under the control of the signatory, is linked to the data signed in such a way that any subsequent changes are detectable. Within the framework of advanced electronic signature, security certificates and identity verification processes are used, which make it a reliable and legal tool based on Law No. 08/L – 022 of the Republic of Kosovo and EU Regulation No. 910/2014 on Electronic Identification and Trust Services for Electronic Transactions.
Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Use of the ClickFinance Application: means confirmation by checking the box provided by the ClickFinance application provider during the creation of the account/profile in the ClickFinance application, with which confirmation/consent agrees to all the provisions of the agreement (General Terms and Conditions of Use of the ClickFinance application).
Electronic transaction: Business activity between two or more parties, which is carried out through computer networks.
Password: Code created by the Client upon opening the account or changing it after opening the account, to log in to the account, to initiate or confirm a payment order, transaction within or outside ClickFinance.
ClickFinance App: ClickFinance mobile application (Android, IOS or on the website).
Push/SMS: Short messages on the phone
CIF Account: Means the account or profile created in the ClickFinance application through which the user will have access to the services/products offered by ClickFinance Sh.A.
CBK: Central Bank of Kosovo;
Article 3. Content of the Agreement
The object of this agreement is the use of the ClickFinance App through which you will have the opportunity to apply for loans offered by ClickFinance digitally.
When you use the ClickFinance services, your account information, and other information provided by you are transmitted in encrypted form.
Article 4. Registration for ClickFinance services; account/profile in ClickFinance and application for Loan
You will need a smartphone with Internet access in order to use the ClickFinance services through the ClickFinance App (application). The operating software on your smartphone must also meet certain minimum requirements. These minimum requirements are specified on our website. We reserve the right to change the minimum requirements.
You will need to download the Mobile ClickFinance App from your mobile application provider in order to begin registration, to enter into a user agreement with Us for opening an account/Profile. Once you have installed the ClickFinance App, You will be automatically guided through all the steps you need to take to register and to create a connection between your mobile phone and the ClickFinance App.
For the ClickFinance web profile registration, you must complete the registration via a dedicated link on the ClickFinance web portal which then automatically directs you to the dedicated web portal for registration and loan application. In both cases, You must provide all the requested data in order to complete the registration. We will verify the email address and mobile phone number that You provide to Us as part of the registration process.
You must accept our general terms and conditions of use of the ClickFinance App in order to complete the registration process. In addition, you confirm that you are not part of the list of clients with whom we do not cooperate. We ask you to provide the necessary information to verify your identity. You agree to provide Us with the requested data, photographs and information. This includes documents confirming the authenticity of the information, the validity of the information and the requested data.
In the event that the personal data that identifies You change or expire, We ask you to inform Us and change the data accordingly. In the event that the validity of the document that You have used for identification expires, We ask you to submit your updated documents. We reserve the right to block your access to the ClickFinance App or to terminate the contract with You, if You do not update your data. If your contact information changes, We ask you to update this information in the ClickFinance App. We reserve the right to ask you to confirm your information at regular intervals.
Article 5. ClickFinance Services
By ClickFinance services We mean all services made available to You, including, but not limited to, access to all products (types of loans) through the use of the ClickFinance App.
The service provided by the ClickFinance App depends on:
a. your cooperation and purpose; and,
b. the type of information that You provide to us.
Registration in the ClickFinance application entitles You only to use the ClickFinance services, in accordance with the general terms and conditions of use of the ClickFinance app. Upon termination of the agreement for the use of the ClickFinance App, your right to use the ClickFinance App also terminates.
Although We constantly strive to ensure the unrestricted use and availability of the ClickFinance services, We do not provide any guarantee in this regard. Therefore, you acknowledge that access to the ClickFinance services may be temporarily restricted for technical reasons (e.g. malfunctions, maintenance) or for reasons beyond our control (e.g. force majeure, third party fault, etc.). We will inform you in a timely manner if maintenance work is necessary and that for this reason the ClickFinance services are unavailable.
The ClickFinance services are subject to certain limits that exist to maintain the integrity of the service. We may increase or decrease these limits at any time and request additional identity verification and information on the source of funds to make such determinations.
Article 6. Account/Profile on ClickFinance
Creating an account/profile on ClickFinance means creating an account through which access to the services, products, offers of ClickFinance is created.
To open an account/profile on the ClickFinance App, you must be a natural person and over the age of 18.
You can access your account/profile on the ClickFinance App from any country but you can only receive services from ClickFinance if you are a resident of Kosovo.
You can only open one account with us. We have the right to reject your application to open an account with ClickFinance based on confidential information available to Us. We are not obliged to explain the reasons for rejection.
In case the user of the ClickFinance App also becomes a client of ClickFinance, through the ClickFinance App he will have access to the amount of the loan received, the payment plan, notifications received from the lender, etc.
Article 7. Use of ClickFinance services, authenticity, communication/change of information, recording of telephone conversations and electronic communications
All communication with you will be carried out through the ClickFinance App (especially in relation to the provision of statements/payments of loan installments), through the official email info@clicfinance-rks.com, SMS, as well as our customer support (telephone, chat). Our contact details are listed on the ClickFinance website. The use of communication between us will be based on the consent given by you as well as on the applicable data protection and privacy rules. We send short messages (Push/SMS) to the application, email (e-mail) or to the mobile phone number provided by you. You are required to enable such a service when registering for our services. We advise you to read these messages regularly and immediately report any errors you may notice.We will communicate with You in Albanian, any other language made available to You is on a best efforts basis. This also applies to this agreement: for your convenience You may access a translated version of the agreement in one of the languages supported by our application, however in case of dispute, the Albanian version shall prevail.
You acknowledge and agree that, in order for Us to perform the services to You, We have the right to record and maintain records of telephone and electronic communications with You, all in accordance with applicable regulations for the protection of personal data and privacy. The right to record and maintain records of such communications shall not give rise to any liability for Us. These records shall be retained for the periods specified by applicable law.
We require You to provide the information necessary to verify Your identity. You undertake to provide Us with the requested data and information, as well as documents confirming the authenticity and validity of the information and data provided. In the event that the personal data that identifies You changes or expires, We ask that You inform Us and change the data accordingly. If the validity of the document you used for identification expires, We ask you to submit your renewed documents. We reserve the right to block your access to the ClickFinance account or to terminate the contract with you, if you do not update your data. If your contact information changes, We ask you to update this information in the ClickFinance App. We reserve the right to ask you to confirm your data at regular intervals.
You will not be able to change the following information in your user account yourself: E-mail, mobile phone number, registration address. We will verify any e-mail address, mobile phone number or registration address details that have been changed. We ask that you notify our customer support of any changes to the information, e.g. change of surname (marriage).
You have the right to access and use the ClickFinance App remotely and submit applications using the means of authentication that We have issued in accordance with the procedure that We have established. The orders that You send to Us through the ClickFinance App using the means of authentication are binding on You and Us, and have the same legal force as orders that have a manual signature based on Law No. 08/L-022 on Electronic Identification and Trust Services in Electronic Transactions.
Article 8. Complaints
If You need additional information or are not satisfied with any element of the service you receive, then You may submit your complaint through the available channels, such as the official email at kujdesi@clicfinance-rks.com, the customer care call center or through the ClickFinance application. We will respond to your complaint, to your registered email (e-mail). Such a response addresses all the points raised, within an appropriate time frame according to the applicable legislation.
In case the complaint is complex and requires more time for review, we will keep you informed, clearly indicating the reasons for a delay in responding to the complaint, and specifying the deadline by which you will receive the final response.
In case of failure to resolve a dispute amicably or by other out-of-court dispute resolution methods, the dispute shall be resolved by the competent court in accordance with applicable law.
Article 9. Data Protection and Data Recovery
By entering into this Agreement, You provide Us with Your prior express consent to collect, use and process
Your personal information and disclose information to third parties, to fulfill its obligations under the Agreement and as set forth in the Privacy Policy in accordance with the applicable Personal Data Protection Law.
While We reserve the right to process and store data in the countries of the European Union, We will do so only in full compliance with the applicable Personal Data Protection and privacy Law.
We undertake to have appropriate measures to protect your data and ensure that We will only process the personal data of our users if We have legal permission, or if You have given Your consent. You will find details about how We handle personal data, data protection and data security in our privacy policy at this link.
The data is transmitted via a secure and encrypted connection over the Internet.
You can review your personal data in the ClickFinance App at any time. You also have the right to request and receive information at any time about any of your personal data that may be stored, its source, the recipients of such data and why it is being stored.
We have the right to record and store all your data and communication with you, without prior notice, and we will unilaterally choose the technical means for recording the same. We will record and store all data in accordance with the requirements of applicable legal acts and the data protection policy. You agree that We have the right to use this data as evidence to protect our interests in dispute resolution and in court.
In the event that a state authority, such as prosecution bodies, courts or the relevant tax authority requests information regarding your account, We are obliged to disclose information about you and your account(s) to the relevant authority without the need for any such consent on your part, based on Article 22 of Law No.06/L-082 on the Protection of Personal Data. If such an authority requests more information, We will contact You, and expect You to provide the requested information immediately. If You do not do so, You agree that We may suspend or close Your Account/Profile.
The ClickFinance App dedicated to mobile can be obtained from sales platforms operated by third parties (“online app stores in the Appstore and Play Store”). The ClickFinance App can only be obtained if You have first registered in the respective app store. We have no influence on the collection, processing and use of personal data by the third-party company operating the app store that You use. To date, only this third-party operating company is the exclusive controller.
Article 10. Obligation as a user
You must ensure that your access data to the ClickFinance services is kept confidential and secure. This means that You must keep the data necessary to access the ClickFinance services confidential, You must not disclose this information, You must not allow or enable any third party to obtain this information, and You must take all necessary steps to ensure that such information remains confidential, e.g. by creating and regularly changing a secure password consisting of numbers, letters and special characters. You must ensure that Your mobile phone is kept secure and cannot be used by third parties.
You may only configure the technical connection to the ClickFinance services using the access channels (application) of which You have been informed by Us.
You must ensure that e-mails (electronic mail) can be sent and received at the e-mail address You provide from the moment of registration.
You must inform Us without delay if You discover that Your access data has been lost, stolen, misused or otherwise used without Your authorization. You must also report any theft or misuse to the police, in a timely manner. You must also inform Us in a timely manner if You suspect that any other person has obtained or found information regarding Your access data without Your authorization, or is using Your access data. When reporting the loss, theft, or compromise of Your ClickFinance App access, credentials or unauthorized use of the ClickFinance App You must provide Us with accurate and complete information, including verification of Your identity, Your full credentials (except Your PIN), information about the transaction, the circumstances that resulted in the loss, theft or compromise of Your credentials, and help to ensure that Your profile/account is deactivated as soon as possible. We may request written statements and certifications from You. You must take appropriate precautions to back up the data and content entered, uploaded and stored by You when using the ClickFinance services at regular intervals and you must make backup copies to enable the restoration of data and information that was lost. Attacks on the functionality of the ClickFinance services, such as mass sending of e-mails (SPAM), attempts to hack the services, brute force attacks, use or sending of spyware, viruses are prohibited and their use may serve as a basis for termination of the contract.
Article 11. Costs
The fees for using the ClickFinance services, including the amount of payments, are detailed in the “Price List” available on the ClickFinance website. Unless We have agreed otherwise, the fees stated in the “Price List” apply to all main services listed.
We shall have the right to unilaterally change the “Price List”, by giving notice of such changes one (1) month before the “Price List” becomes effective.
Article 12. Support
None of the content of the ClickFinance App constitutes financial, investment, legal or other advice, nor should it be relied upon in making an investment decision or any other decision. Before making any investment decision, you should obtain professional advice from experts in the relevant and specific field.
Article 13. Intellectual Property
All parties and users accessing the ClickFinance App acknowledge the intellectual property rights of ClickFinance. All intellectual property and rights related to the materials, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, trade names, text, images, chats, audio and video, database, software, are held by ClickFinance and are under the exclusive ownership of ClickFinance.
Access to the website and other forms of communication with ClickFinance, under no circumstances, gives any rights in relation to such materials.
The material and content made available or developed by ClickFinance, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, tables, data compilations, are the property of ClickFinance and are protected by the competent authorities in Kosovo, EU, and international copyright laws.
Furthermore, the trade name, logo, graphics, icons, photographs and names of related services developed or available through ClickFinance are trademarks. Trademarks may not be used by third parties without the prior written consent of ClickFinance.
The User agrees and acknowledges that all trademarks and intellectual property rights in the Content and/or anything else used in the ClickFinance App.
The use, duplication, communication and/or distribution of such elements for profit or commercial purposes is strictly prohibited, as is any modification or fragmentation thereof. In order to maintain these rights, prior written consent will be required for any use other than that specifically permitted. If such laws are violated, ClickFinance will pursue legal proceedings with the competent authorities for infringement of trademark and intellectual property rights.
Article 14. Term and Termination
The Agreement for the use of the ClickFinance App becomes effective on the date You register with Us and is concluded for an unlimited period.
You may send Us an electronic mail (e-mail) to terminate the agreement at any time, and thereby close your account/profile on ClickFinance. ClickFinance within 30 days of receiving the request to close the user account/profile will respond based on the legislation in force in Kosovo.
We may send a written notice or electronic mail (e-mail) two (2) months in advance to terminate the usage agreement with You. The agreement may also be terminated without notice by ClickFinance for good cause. A good cause that would allow Us to terminate without notice would be if it would be unreasonable to expect this agreement to continue even in light of your legitimate interests. A good cause would also include, but would not be limited to, a breach of the obligation described in this agreement by the user.
Article 15. Disclaimer of warranties and liability
By accessing the ClickFinance App, you accept all applicable terms and conditions of use. The content of the information and materials on the ClickFinance App is for informational purposes only and cannot be relied upon by any party for any other purpose. You will not be entitled to any claims for damages.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, We will not be liable for any additional losses or expenses that You incur as a result of the suspension of your account/profile or the refusal to provide the services/products specified in this agreement. To the extent permitted by applicable law, We are not liable for any losses or other additional expenses that You may incur as a result of errors in providing accurate information on Your part.
The stated limitations shall also apply to Our legal representatives and delegated agents if claims are brought against them directly. Except as set forth in this Agreement, We do not provide any warranties regarding the services provided.
Article 16. Changes to the Terms and Conditions of Use of the ClickFinance App
We shall have the right to change the Terms and Conditions of Use of our business at any time. We shall provide You with any changes to the Terms and Conditions of Use by e-mail within a reasonable period of no less than 30 calendar days. If You reject the changes to the General Terms and Conditions, You may cease using Our services. You shall be deemed to have given your consent if You do not notify us of your rejection before the date on which such changes are proposed to enter into force. We will make special reference to the importance of your consent in our offer.
Article 17. Governing Law
The Terms and Conditions of this agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kosovo and the courts of Kosovo shall have jurisdiction over any legal proceedings between us.
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between You and Us relating to your Account/Profile on the ClickFinance App. If any provision of this agreement is determined to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain valid and enforceable. A failure by Us to enforce any provision of this agreement shall not in any way constitute a waiver by Us of Our right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this agreement. Those provisions of this Agreement that are intended to survive any termination or cancellation of this Agreement shall remain in effect after any such termination or cancellation.
